It's Flying Car |
Some people call it a flying car. The company designing and selling the vehicle prefers the term "roadable aircraft.""It's probably a concept that people have been dreaming up since there have been airplanes and cars," said Dick Knapinski with the Experimental Aircraft Association, a 55-year-old aviation group based in Oshkosh, Wisc. A company called Aerocar of Longview, Wash., debuted one of the first flying cars in 1949. The vehicles sell for $194,000. In 2004, the Federal Aviation Administration created a new category of aircraft and license for sport aviation, an attempt to re-awaken interest in flying after steady drops in the number of licensed pilots. In the United States, about 600,000 people are licensed to fly aircraft, a drop of 25 percent since 1980, Knapinski said. The medical requirements for sport pilots also are less stringent than for other types of pilot licenses, matching what is needed for a driver's license. "You fly in non-complex airspace at relatively low speed."Regulations covering the new category of sport aviation aircraft likewise are reduced. One of the biggest obstacles facing a company like Terrafugia in launching a personal aircraft is not technical in nature or even cost, added Knapinski. It's perception. "The comfort level for a significant percentage of the population is not there," Knapinski said. "They just don't believe they can operate this type of machine."Perhaps having an airplane under the same roof as the family car will be just the ticket. Healthy Californian Sandwich |
I have been craving for a sandwich, ham sandwich in particular since it’s my favorite breakfast/snack and came up with this recipe from CountryLiving, and it’s surely look yummy and of course, healthy!
Used whole-grain bread to make this sandwich, but the combination of fresh vegetables and cheese also works well tucked inside pita bread or a whole-wheat wrap.
Healthy Californian
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 pound(s) | (about 2) yellow squash | 1 1/4 teaspoon(s) | salt | 1/2 cup(s) | olive oil | 2 tablespoon(s) | fresh lemon juice | 1 teaspoon(s) | minced garlic | 1/4 teaspoon(s) | ground black pepper | 2 cup(s) | (about 1/2 head) red cabbage, shredded | 4 ounce(s) | goat cheese, softened | 4 ounce(s) | low-fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel), softened | 1/2 cup(s) | chopped green onions | 8 slice(s) | whole-grain bread | 2 | avocados, peeled and sliced | 2 medium | tomatoes, sliced | 2 ounce(s) | alfalfa sprouts |
DIRECTIONS:
- Prepare the squash: Slice yellow squash lengthwise to 1/4-inch thickness. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon salt and set aside for at least 15 minutes.
- Make the slaw: In a medium bowl, combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt, and pepper and whisk until well blended. Add cabbage and toss until coated with dressing.
- Make the cheese spread: In a small bowl, combine goat cheese, cream cheese, and green onions with a spoon until thoroughly blended.
- Assemble the sandwiches: On a work surface, place 4 slices of bread and spread each with 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture. Pat the squash slices dry with a paper towel and place them, the avocado, tomato, squash, red-cabbage slaw, and sprouts in layers on the prepared bread. Top each sandwich with a slice of the remaining bread, cut each sandwich in half, and serve.

Competiton Research |
At long last, I have finished doing the competitor research! It took me for quiet sometime to finish it since I have to gather all accounts in EFrontier. Then get all the keywords by revenue. Then filtering and sorting them all and get the Top 1000 Keywords by Revenue.
You know what’s next? I have to start researching them manually! Yes manually! To know our 32 competitors ads positioning! Just imagine searching them one by one in Google…Thank God, one of my team members helped me researching the 333 keywords.
Now that I have finished it, I felt that I’m free!!!
