Wait till I Come...
Some of my officemates slash friends decided to have our last summer outing/vacation in Boracay. Yes in Boracay. So now we booked for our flight on impulse! Ohhhh, yes, we have a plane ticket now so there’s no turning back.

I want to plan my vacation there to make my stay wonderful and memorable since this will be my first ever trip to that place. You know things that I should have and bought to bring in that paradise. Of course, the very first thing that I should have is a two-piece!!!

I want my two-piece to exactly look like this.

I waaaaantttttt. Isn’t it beautiful?

I hope that I can find one since I really like this bikini.

Oh, but first, I have to diet and slimmed down so this bikini will just fit perfectly. Right?

Dogs Luxury Mansions
Are you a dog lover? Well, if you are and have a lot of pennies then why not consider buying this luxury mini mansion for your pooches and let them live like a King!

These luxury mansions that builder Alan Mowrer, in partnership with interior designer Michael Pollak took it upon him to start La Petite Maison, a luxury line of doghouses that costs between $6,000 and $25,000. All the luxury in these dog houses is really superb since it was equipped with air-conditioning, among other features.

One of those filthy rich animal lovers that owned this dog mansion is a model, Rachel Hunter which doesn’t mind spending a lot of bucks just for her pets. $25,000 is a hell lot of money. It’s so good to be rich and lucky dogs, too.

Pillow for your Laptop?
Since my sister just received her new laptop I think that this Laptop Pillow is a very good gift to her.

In case you just put your laptop in your lap when surfing the net and your lap got to hot this pillow is the right one for you. Why? Because this is stuffed with Buckwheat Hulls for padding, this pillow insulates heat emitted from the computer while in use; in addition to padding you from the heat it radiates. It is also very portable and also a colorful laptop accessory.

Proud of You...
My sister Glazel (she’s the youngest child) is graduating today at Aquinas University for Bachelor of Science in Nursing. We are proud of her not only because she is now graduating but for the reason that Glazel is graduating for Cum Laude! Yes, she is a Cum Laude that’s why we are so proud of her, specially our Mom and I know that Dad will be very proud of you if he was still alive, you’re a daddy’s girl remember?

Months ago, when she told us that she might be one of the Cum Laude’s our eldest sister Joy, told her that her gift to Glazel will be a Hongkong Tour and when Glazel asked me, too, I also said that I will let her have a Hongkong vacation since I didn’t know that sis Joy already promised her that. Then she said that I and our sister Joy have the same gift. So, I told her that it will be Mom and her who will go to Hongkong to take some vacation.

But I guess her vacation in Hongkong is on hold since she is still reviewing for the upcoming board exam this coming June and we know that she will definitely passed it.

For now her gift from Mom is a laptop!

Congratulations again Sis for graduating a Cum Laude! We are so proud of you.

Choose your Friends by Sign

Many of us depends their life through astrology, we even signed for everyday horoscope thru emails and sometimes we even depends our love life in astrology as well.

On friendship do we still consider astrology on choosing our friends? Do we rely on this? Well, let me give you some insights about the art of bonding - astrologically! According to Red by California Psychics "each sign of the zodiac is associated with one of the four main elements of life: Fire, Earth, Air and Water. That's the best place to start looking when you astrologically size up a friend".

Fire
Fire signs Aries, Leo and Sagittarius are super fun, adventurous pals. There is rarely a dull moment when Leo is in the spotlight, Sag is talking about your next mountain trek and Aries is committing you to the soccer league.

Aries friends, regardless of gender, tend to get along better with men
As a friend, they are warm and hospitable, high-energy and fun. Their quick temper and stubborn nature can be a handful at times, but they are loyal to their long-term friends.

Aries gets along best with: Other Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Leo, Sagittarius, Aquarius and Pisces - moderately well with Cancer, Libra and Capricorn. Friendships with Virgo and Scorpio tend to be challenging until the end.

Leos are warm and generous, outgoing and funny
However; they do come equipped with a rather large ego - one that needs to be fed. As a friend, they are loyal and giving, sincere and honest.

Leo gets along best with: Other Leos, Virgo, Libra, Sagittarius, Aries, Gemini, and Cancer - fairly well with Scorpio, Aquarius and Taurus. Relationships with Capricorn and Pisces tend to require a bit more work than Leo likes to give.

Sagittarius is outgoing and upbeat, popular and warm
As a friend, they are protective and tend to take in strays… animals or people. They are very accepting, and see equality in all beings.

Sagittarius gets along best with: Other Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, Aries, Leo, Libra and Scorpio - moderately well with Pisces, Gemini, and Virgo. They often find less pleasure in relationships with Taurus and Cancer.

Earth
Earth signs Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn tend to be very practical and stable friends that can last a lifetime. They are industrious yet patient souls who know how to set goals and work hard to achieve them.
Taurus friends are affectionate, reliable and strong of will and of character
As a friend, they enjoy people and the finer things in life. They don't like weakness in themselves or others, and will not hesitate to point it out. It takes some effort to gain the trust of a Taurus, but if you have and respect it, no better friend you'll need.

Taurus gets along best with: Other bulls, Gemini, Cancer, Virgo, Capricorn, Pisces and Aries - moderately well with Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius. They have little patience when it comes to Libra and Sagittarius.

Virgo is intelligent and tidy, intellectual and kind
As a friend, they are helpful and giving, and prefer to keep things peaceful and serene.

Virgo gets along best with: Other Virgos, Libra, Scorpio, Capricorn, Taurus, Cancer and Leo - fairly well with Sagittarius, Pisces and Gemini. They tend to be overwhelmed by Aquarius and Aries.

Capricorns are loyal and kind, sincere and devoted
This sign will not desert a true friend. They are prone to testing their relationships, and sometimes overstep their bounds by trying to help or do well for someone that they care about. If a friendship goes wrong, they certainly can hold a grudge… but even an angry Capricorn will make good on their promises.

Capricorn gets along best with: Other Capricorns, Aquarius, Pisces, Taurus, Virgo, Scorpio and Sagittarius - moderately well with Aries, Cancer and Libra. Gemini and Leo have a way of exhausting the Capricorn sense of duty and responsibility.

Air
Air signs Gemini, Libra and Aquarius tend to be highly communicative and intelligent. This makes them exciting as they can quickly grasp ideas and concepts.

Gemini loves adventure and anything lively, or fun
Even though it seems as if they know everyone, they tend to keep most people at a distance. If you make the cut, a Gemini is a loyal, kind and generous friend.

Gemini gets along best with: Other Geminis, Cancer, Leo, Libra, Aquarius, Aries and Taurus - moderately well with Virgo, Sagittarius and Pisces. Scorpio and Capricorn have a way of getting under their skin.

Libra enjoys life on the go, but always makes time to keep in touch
They are loving and fair, and are unlikely to betray a friend or a confidence.

Libra gets along best with: Other Libras, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Aquarius, Gemini, Leo and Virgo - fairly well with Capricorn, Aries and Cancer. They don't always relate to Pisces and Taurus.

Aquarius is fascinated by people in general
Although, they have many acquaintances that seem to come-and-go, Aquarius are friendly and non-judgmental, and will work to secure relationships with people whom they feel mirror themselves.

Aquarius gets along best with: Other Aquarius, Pisces, Aries, Gemini, Libra, Sagittarius and Capricorn - moderately well with Taurus, Leo and Scorpio. They don't always seem to have time to fully embrace and understand those born under Cancer and Virgo.

Water
Water signs Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces are creative, imaginative and emotional. They seem to have a heightened intuition and can be quite empathetic to the people that surround them - making them understanding friends who know how to listen.

Cancers are supportive, loving and protective
As a friend, they will give as much as you ask, but fully expect you to do the same.

Cancer gets along best with: Other Cancers, Leo, Virgo, Scorpio, Pisces, Taurus and Gemini - moderately well with Libra, Capricorn and Aries. They're not so great with Sagittarius and Aquarius.

Scorpios aren't always the most outgoing
They tend to carefully screen and evaluate those whom they invite into their circle of friends. If you make the cut, a Scorpio will expect nothing less than complete loyalty, and will give you the same.

Scorpio gets along best with: Other Scorpios, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Pisces, Cancer, Virgo and Libra - fairly well with Aquarius, Taurus and Leo. Aries and Gemini tend to be a little too chaotic for developing any long-term ties.

Pisces are friendly and loyal, humorous and scattered
While they may seem cool or aloof initially, once you know them, they are warm and caring.

Pisces get along best with: Other Pisces, Aries, Taurus, Cancer, Scorpio, Capricorn and Aquarius; moderately well with Gemini, Virgo, and Sagittarius. They usually find Leo and Libra to be a bit too selfish for lasting ties.

For me, it never occurred that I should choose my friends through astrology, as long as we all get along and respects each other and no stabbing at the back; those are the kind of friends that I really treasure for life. I may have a few friends but those friends that I have a real and reel friends of mine. So I don’t need a lot of friends who at the end are the kinds of friends who are hypocrite and stabbing you at the back. And still they show you as if they really care and sweet! Plastic…

What Age Do I Act?
I'll be turning 29 years old this coming June but, still, I don’t think I’m acting like my age nor do I feel like I’m turning 29. So I took up this test What Age Do You Act.

And here is the result.

You are a twentysomething at heart. You feel like
an adult, and you're optimistic about life.
You feel excited about what's to come... love,
work, and new experiences.

You're still figuring out your place in the world and
how you want your life to shape up.
The world is full of possibilities, and you can't wait
to explore many of them.

Well, at least I'm acting only 2 years younger than my age. Not bad at all.

Deliciously Tempting
I don’t know why I’m craving for a sandwich. Maybe because I don’t have a time to eat breakfast so I’m missing to have one.

Since my family was at the mall and I’m still at the office so I told my sis to take out a sandwich so I can eat it while we are on our way home. So she did. But still my craving for a delicious and yummy sandwich did not go away. I guess, I should be the one to make my sandwich with my two bare hands, and maybe my craving for a sandwich will stop.

My sandwich should be a ham sandwich, I love ham! And it should look like this:

Wow, so yummy isn’t it? I think my craving will never stop and maybe I will even crave for more and tempt me to eat more!

Why do girls like Pink Anyway?

Pink...Why do I like pink anyway? Well, pink is not my favorite color but I like pink. I dunno, maybe because pink is so girly or pink is just eye catching but according to Time it may be due to biological programming.

Researchers have discovered that girls have a preference for pink - big surprise! If Action Man wore pink and Barbie wore blue then you might expect the color preferences of boys and girls might be the other way around.

Chinese women showed the greatest preference for reds and pinks of any section of the group and women over all preferred reds more than men.

“Evolution may have driven females to prefer reddish colours – reddish fruits, healthy, reddish faces,” says researcher, Anya Hurlbert.

The research group plan further studies in younger age groups to try and strengthen their theory. However, until we find a ‘pink gene’ or a test is carried out where kids grow up in a twisted Truman Show-style world with pink transformers and blue polly-pockets, it’s hard to imagine there’s anything more to this than the ‘pink for a girl, blue for a boy’ tradition.

Paguriran Island
Paguriran Island is surrounded by dark granite and a huge outcrop offers a view of the swirling currents below and the stolid mountains beyond. Every year, we the IMS Department held our summer escapade on beaches/resorts and this time we decided to have an overnight outing in Bacon Sorsogon. At first, I was having a second thought to go since I want to spend my long week vacation at home - alone. But after seeing the pictures that we searched through the internet I decided that it was a good idea to go with them.

And it was really a good idea that I joined them, this island is truly magnificent! I spent all my time taking pictures of the island and of me, of course! I really enjoyed and Paguriran Island is just a wonderful place to go.

Paguriran Island is a secret lagoon of saltwater hidden by rock. A small island that you can reach by wading in crystal clear water from the shore. Let me share you some of the pics that I have taken.

Paguriran Island is definitely a must-visit place. By air, PAL and Cebu Pacific have flights from Manila to Legazpi City and 1 hour by bus from Legazpi to Sorsogon. Buses from Legazpi are located near the City Public Market.
