Hating this site...
I hate the new and upgraded site of one of our many sites. I like the previous site we have, its more users friendly you can easily see and find what you are looking for. Before the upgrade year, make, and model were “visible” on the landing page and product info – making sure that the part is really for a particular make/model or year. But now, you can only see them only if you type the specific year, make and model.
I’m generating new keywords for that site for our PPC (Pay-Per Click) campaign. So now I’m having difficulty finishing it. Before if you search for a specific product you can actually see it but now, now if you search for a certain product those years, makes and models where gone. How much more those customers looking for it? Most customers are looking only for a maximum keyword and yet it directs you to a page or product wherein you cannot see what you’re looking for, so it’s useless especially in PPC and in our campaign. Waste of time and energy. Really hate it!!!

Competiton Research

At long last, I have finished doing the competitor research! It took me for quiet sometime to finish it since I have to gather all accounts in EFrontier. Then get all the keywords by revenue. Then filtering and sorting them all and get the Top 1000 Keywords by Revenue.
You know what’s next? I have to start researching them manually! Yes manually! To know our 32 competitors ads positioning! Just imagine searching them one by one in Google…Thank God, one of my team members helped me researching the 333 keywords.
Now that I have finished it, I felt that I’m free!!!

Another Day at Work
I have to make my KW’s again but unfortunately I haven’t finished it since I was assigned to help one of my team members finished our MSN Ads Campaigns.
But then again before I actually finished the MSN Ads Campaign we the PPC Team have to attend WEBINAR, an Adwords Webinar actually. So what does exactly Webinar is? WEBINAR is short for Web-based seminar; a webinar is a presentation, lecture, workshop or seminar that is transmitted over the Web. A key feature of a Webinar is its interactive elements -- the ability to give, receive and discuss information. Contrast with Web cast, in which the data transmission is one way and does not allow interaction between the presenter and the audience. These online seminars use Webex to make them actual, live interactive learning experiences.
What will I get from an AdWords Webinar? The webinars are designed to teach you how to manage your AdWords account more effectively by covering topics from best practices on account setup, bidding and campaign management strategies to understanding and using performance reports effectively.
So there, after attending the Webinar I continued creating our MSN Ads Campaigns. Well, I guess I just have to finished my keywords tomorrow since I’m so tired already and I just wanna go home.

Work...Work...Work...
Whew! The last few weeks have been so hectic for me. I’ve been doing the QA for our new keywords for our PPC campaigns and now doing the new keywords again. Life for me is always like this, keywords… keywords… keywords…
Right now we did pause some of our campaigns from Google, Yahoo and MSN but after an hour we resumed all of them.
And now, back on keywords again.
WORK...

Reason to have Fun...
It’s been so long since I make a sensible post for my blog. I’m always busy with my task for PPC and I don’t really have time to write or should I say I don’t really know what to write.
I really hate it when my keywords for the PPC are like 800 or 1000! It’s really eating up my time doing the research and editing those keywords and destination URL’s that’s why sometimes I cannot even finish 2 keywords a day or that 1 keyword in particular.
Last night I stayed till 8:18pm because we are required to have an OT since we have to make same changes in our PPC campaign. On my way home I was so hungry that I thought I’m having a headache.
But today is different and I think I’m bloated already. I ate cake from goldilocks and drink Milo for breakfast, at lunch we went to KFC and after lunch break our PPC Team had a meeting with the VP for marketing both here and in the US. After conducting meetings for different teams in marketing we had pizzas and ice cream! So yummy!
And since it’s Saturday and our VP in US is going back there, we are going to The Fort to have some fun!
What a nice weekend after all.
