Competitive Landscape Analysis
This Competitive Landscape Analysis new task is making me stress, why? Coz I don’t know how to do it…I maybe in PPC (Pay Per Click) Department but it doesn’t mean that I already knew everything about PPC especially if you have been given a new task you haven’t done before.
I asked my US manager on how to go about it but we weren’t able to have our telecom since there was a problem in our server. So I have to wait for tomorrow again.
Oh, did I say that the deadline is by Friday?

So many Things to DO
Yes, that’s right.
Right now I have so many things to do, from work, to personal life as well.
First I have 3 pending task at hand since we have to prioritize this project “search not found result” and this kind of have 1514 search terms to look at Google and in our own account. For me to be able to do that I have to download and combine our 3 Google Adwords Account for a specific site and it’s about hundred thousand! Oh boy, it’s a lot of work to do.
Second This searching process for everything down to designs makes my head ache.
I wish its Saturday already so I can go home and have a wonderful weekend. ;)

Reason to have Fun...
It’s been so long since I make a sensible post for my blog. I’m always busy with my task for PPC and I don’t really have time to write or should I say I don’t really know what to write.
I really hate it when my keywords for the PPC are like 800 or 1000! It’s really eating up my time doing the research and editing those keywords and destination URL’s that’s why sometimes I cannot even finish 2 keywords a day or that 1 keyword in particular.
Last night I stayed till 8:18pm because we are required to have an OT since we have to make same changes in our PPC campaign. On my way home I was so hungry that I thought I’m having a headache.
But today is different and I think I’m bloated already. I ate cake from goldilocks and drink Milo for breakfast, at lunch we went to KFC and after lunch break our PPC Team had a meeting with the VP for marketing both here and in the US. After conducting meetings for different teams in marketing we had pizzas and ice cream! So yummy!
And since it’s Saturday and our VP in US is going back there, we are going to The Fort to have some fun!
What a nice weekend after all.

Tips to Relax in the Workplace
Just starting a week for work but I know that this will be a tiring and stressful week for me since a have a lot of tasks and quota to finish. So how can we really relax in our workplace despite of all our tasks, stress and all? If you want to do a good job at work, it’s imperative that you know how and when you should relax and give your mind and body much needed respite to face upcoming tasks. So let me give you tips on how to relax in the workplace. 1. Eat BreakfastRelaxation in the workplace is easier to accomplish with a full stomach. Power yourself up with breakfast before work. When you get to your office, your mind and body will be in a pleasant state that even the worst problems at work will have a hard time cracking. 2. Shake It OffRelaxation is often a mental practice rather than a physical one. If you feel your problems weighing on your shoulders, straighten your back and just shrug them off your shoulders. Imagine them falling away and you’ll put yourself in a better frame of mind. 3. Laugh AwayLaughter is still the best medicine. Even stress can be defeated with a laugh! 4. Yes to Punctuality and No to ProcrastinationOne excellent way of relaxing is by eliminating the causes of stress. Lack of punctuality as well as procrastination are two of the most common reasons for employees to experience stress and getting rid of them will not only keep your boss happy, but it can help you stay happy and healthy, too. Wake up earlier to get to work on time and if you have time to spare, try accomplishing other tasks because you might not have enough time to complete them tomorrow. 5. Buy a Nice, Comfy ChairOffice jobs generally require you to stay on your seat for a good part of the day. Sitting on an ugly and uncomfortable chair can only contribute to your stress, making it more difficult for you to relax when you need to. The solution here is simple: buy a new chair, and one you’ll feel right at home. Invest in something with the right type of back to keep yourself comfortable and cool at the same time. Go for padded seats for extra comfort and armrests. Finally, make sure the chair’s adjustable to suit your moods and needs. 6. Clean Up Your DeskThere are two ways that eliminating clutter can contribute to relaxation. Firstly, signs of clutter are generally perceived by the mind as a distraction and, at times, even an omen for more trouble at work. Banish them from your sight and you’ll relax more easily. Now, the act of clearing out clutter in itself can be just as relaxing. If you’re feeling particularly stressed, try to contribute a few minutes of your time to straightening your desk, even if the only thing you can do for now is arranging your papers and throwing out scraps. This is another symbolic procedure and wherein your mind equates throwing out rubbish to getting rid of your stress. 7. Wear HeadphonesUse it either to listen to relaxing music or block out ambient noise. Either way, it puts distractions at bay and enables you to work in a more conducive setting. 8. Use a Portable FanSometimes, your office’s ventilation system just isn’t enough to keep yourself comfortably cool. For such instances, have a portable fan ready. Switch it on when your body – and maybe your temper, too – need cooling. Close your eyes and enjoy the breeze. When you open your eyes, you’re sure to feel much better. 9. Have a Fountain NearbyIt doesn’t have to be exceptionally big or expensive. A simple one won’t cost you more than $20, and in return, you’ll be soothed by the pleasant sound of running water. Put it in use with your portable fan, and you can close your eyes and imagine you’re in the beach or cradled in Mother Nature’s arms somewhere else. 10. Read a Travel BookIt would be wonderful if you had the money, time, or ability to transport yourself to your dream destination for a few minutes to relax and unwind. And when you’re feeling calm, you can go back to work in a second and be more productive So what do you think about it? It helps right? Use these tips regularly to relax in the workplace and see your productivity skyrocket. See more of this here.

My First Day...
Well this is my first day at the office, in our Pasig office actually. New office, new boss, new team members and most of all – new task!!!
I was the last candidate recommended for this team, the PPC (Pay Per Click) Team. I don’t have any idea on how to do these things, wahhhhh… I’m a lit bit nervous since I’m clueless for all of this. I’m more into link building and SEO before and PPC is actually different from them. But hopefully I will be able to make things right and that I can be able to learn all of this, slow by slow…
What a day…

Not the Usual Saturday
Usually I spent my Saturday working since Saturday is our last week at the office, doing work, reports and other work related stuff. But last Saturday it was different because we had our Team Building at Pitogo Beach Resort in Pilar, Sorsogon.
It was the Internet Marketing and Content Development Department who went for the said activity. It took us for almost 2 hours to reach the place. It was a secluded place so you can really have privacy. But Pitogo Beach Resort is not that beautiful well for me. Though you can have much privacy since it was really a secluded place the beach itself is not crystal clear water unlike in Pagurian Bacon, Sorsogon. It was dirty and the water is so chocolate looking, so disgusting. Well, since we went there for our Team Building our whole day was full of fun and games. Our game includes: - “Getting to Know You” activity/Diversity Bingo
- Frisbee, Football, Dodge ball or Beach Volleyball
We won for 2 games: Electric Fence and Sino’ng Tatay Mo? Go Dines! Aside from games there were lots of food too and all of them taste good. Yummy! More seafoods!!!After a tiring day full of games we had our socials at night where booze is pouring like rain, singing, teasing, dancing and a lot more. After that we had bonfire too. I really had fun and I really enjoyed especially those games! isn't it feels so good lying in a green green grass So what's next? Our Sportsfest! | The Best Team |
As the month of April ends and done doing the monthly report for the said month, I’m so proud and happy to announce that my team the Internet Marketing Specialist (Group 1) is the Top Link Building Team for the month of April. There are four teams in our department and our team is the leading. Good news isn’t it? That’s why I’m so proud. My team and I will surely receive our incentives at the end of this month of May. Well, unless, otherwise there will be some problem and delay for the approval of it. But, no, we should receive it at the end of this month so everybody is happy again! Drinking time, guys! I’m so proud of you guys, and I’m crossing my fingers that maybe we can make it this month again. Oh, I know we can. We are the best team, right?

I'm looking forward for this training coz' I know that I will learn a lot from this and that this will help me too, on how to become a successful leader of my team/department.
But, I know, that this is not just all about training. We will surely be enjoying our stay there and maybe a lot of drinking, too!
