Cebu Pacific Offers New Travel Options |
Yes, Cebu Pacific now offers new travel options to their passengers.
Starting December 1, 2009, leading domestic airline Cebu Pacific (CEB) can now have name change option allows passengers to transfer their tickets to another passenger for a fee. Meanwhile, the travel fund allows passengers to use the value of changed flights within 90 days from the date the fund is created, or to transfer the booking to another passenger. The fund eliminates the waiting time for refunds. Passengers can immediately use the stored amount for their next booking. CEB will also begin using a new booking and cancellation policy starting December 1, 2009. Under the new rules, passengers can change their ticket more than one day before departure date. This includes modifying flight, route, date of travel and name, or canceling flights. To know more of this great travel option pls click here. Now, isn't that great?

Excited to be Home... |
I’m excited to go home on Sunday morning, not because I seldom go home, actually I even go home in our town every month. I’m excited to be home again because we are going to celebrate my nephew’s 2nd birthday. Yes, it’s actually Aljon’s second birthday on October 12. So what will be Aunt Glad’s gifts? I bought DVD’s of Finding Nemo and the Cars movie, not only that since I knew that he like trains, I also bought the Thomas the Tank Engine with rail of course.
I know that Aljon will surely like them!
I love you Aljon..mwuaahhh!

Snacks that Helps You Sleep |
Do you know that there are good snacks before bedtime? Snacks that ensure serious shut-eye; they're all hand-picked and approved by the Eat This, Not That! nutrition team.
1. NONFAT POPCORN Pop a bag half an hour before bedtime: The carbs will induce your body to create serotonin, a neurochemical that makes you feel relaxed. Skipping the butter-fat will slow the process of boosting those feel-good chemicals, and, as mentioned above, will also slow digestion in general.
2. OATMEAL WITH SLICED BANANA Bring your brain back down to earth by whipping up a bowl of instant oatmeal and topping it with a sliced banana, which is rich in melatonin.
3. 1 CUP OF PLAIN YOGURT WITH 2 TABLESPOONS MIXED NUTS Scientists in Slovakia gave people either 3 grams each of two amino acids (lysine and arginine) or a placebo and asked them to deliver a speech. Blood measurements of stress hormones revealed that the amino acid-fortified speakers were half as anxious during and after the speech as those who took the placebo. Yogurt is one of the best food sources of lysine; nuts pack tons of arginine. Because both contain alertness-inducing protein, you're best off eating this combo a few hours before bed (or even at midday, before a big, stressful presentation at work). It'll reduce the residual stress you feel later in the evening, meaning you won't replay your day over and over again in your head as you try to fall asleep.
4. A PILE OF SESAME SEEDS Sesame seeds are one of the best natural sources of tryptophan, the sleep-inducing amino acid responsible for all of those post-Thanksgiving turkey comas. Hold off on the turkey sammies, though-the protein in the turkey might offset the tryptophan's benefit.
5. A HANDFUL OF PRETZELS Pretzels are a low-calorie, low-fat source of carbohydrates, which will make you feel sleepy, but won't pack on the pounds or give you belly-aching indigestion.
6. 1 GLASS OF WINE It's called a "nightcap" for a reason--a glass of wine really does take the edge off. University of Toronto researchers discovered that one alcoholic drink caused people's blood vessels to relax--but two began to reverse the effects, so limit your intake. A relaxed blood vessel means lower blood pressure, slower heart rate, and greater ability to relax in general.
7. A 4-OZ GLASS OF UNSWEETENED CHERRY JUICE Cherry juice has serotonin-inducing carbohydrates, which will help relax you. Down the cherry juice an hour before bedtime, in case you feel a small jolt of energy from the sugar. There's not enough to keep you up all night or destabilize your blood sugar levels.
8. RED BELL PEPPERS Researchers at the University of Alabama fed rats 200 milligrams of vitamin C twice a day and found that it nearly stopped the secretion of cortisol, a hormone released in your body when you're stressed. Calorie for calorie, red bell peppers gives you more vitamin C than any other fruit or vegetable.

Sleepy Me |
I'm so sleepy that I keep on yawning. It's been a week now that I'm always sleepy, coz I always wake up early for me to be able to go to the office around 7am, yup going to office at 7am is already early for me. So, why do I work so early? Simply because me and my relatives have night outs, we dined and go shopping after my work. While my Uncle is still here in the Philippines. So therefore I lack sleep. .....ZZZzzzzz...

Competitive Landscape Analysis |
This Competitive Landscape Analysis new task is making me stress, why? Coz I don’t know how to do it…I maybe in PPC (Pay Per Click) Department but it doesn’t mean that I already knew everything about PPC especially if you have been given a new task you haven’t done before.
I asked my US manager on how to go about it but we weren’t able to have our telecom since there was a problem in our server. So I have to wait for tomorrow again.
Oh, did I say that the deadline is by Friday?
